Marjorie A. Driscoll

MARJORIE ANNE DRISCOLL (née Gyurky), age 76. Beloved wife of Robert Francis. Loving mother of Kimberly Ann Driscoll and the late Robert William “Bobby” Driscoll. Dearest sister of Mary Kohuth (Ronald), Michael Gyurky, William Gyurky, deceased (Mary), and Carl Gyurky, deceased (Marie). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Marjorie was born on October 11, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio to Irene Therese (née Horváth) and William Albert Gyurky. She and her siblings were raised primarily by their mother and maternal grandmother, Julianna Horváth (née Gnandt) who emigrated from Hungary with her husband Kálmán. Marjorie graduated from St. Stephen’s High School in 1967, and she then attended cosmetology school. She married her husband Robert on August 22, 1970, and together they raised Kimberly and Robert. Marjorie and Robert were married for 55 years. She was a huge fan of Blue Bloods and Cleveland sports and Florida State University football. She enjoyed traveling with her family, especially to Las Vegas, and in the last week of her life, she became a Swiftie. Marjorie will be remembered for her unwavering generosity and selflessness.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025, 10 AM at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday November 11, 2025 from 4 PM – 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
