Joyce Elaine Diggins, age 80 of Monroe, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Mount Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born August 22, 1939 in Winchester, Kentucky, the daughter of Raymond and Bernice (Kimbrell) Berry. Joyce retired from Avon in Springdale, Ohio. She attended Breiel Boulevard First Church of God. She and her late husband loved to travel, visiting all the states, except Hawaii.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (husband, Mike) Bellamy and Lisa Smiley; three grandsons, Joshua, Jordan and Samuel; and a special caretaker, Stanley Paul Becraft.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dick Diggins; and her beloved cat, Gracie.
Joyce’s family will receive friends from 3-5:00 pm Saturday at the Breiel Boulevard First Church of God. Arrangements are by the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home.
