Larry worked as a UPS driver for 30 years and was an avid lover of animals, particularly dogs and horses. There were many years spent coon hunting and going to horse shows. He also loved sports and competition, especially supporting his loved ones. If Larry was at an event you were in, you knew it!
Preceded in death by his first wife, Frances (Burns) DeBorde; parents, Fred and Francis (Lykins) DeBord; brother, William “Bill” DeBord and wife, Ann; brother, Bobby DeBord and wife, Georgia; and brother, Freddie DeBord.
He is survived by his children, Dale DeBorde; Meredy (DeBorde) Fisher and son in-law, Doug; Codi (DeBorde) Schroeder and son in-law, Michael, as well as his nine grandchildren, Corey (wife, Caroline Nesbit) and Caleb (wife, Jenelle Cheyne) Fullen, Jordan, Haley, and Hannah DeBorde; Colton, Claire, Casee, and Calvin Schroeder; his sister, Loretta “Carol” and Larry Polisini; and many special family members and friends.
Visitations will be held on Monday August 5, 2024, 11:30 AM-12:30 PM at Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home, Middletown, Ohio, services beginning at 12:30 PM. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Gratis Township Rescue Association C/O Chief Joan Vance PO Box 671, Gratis, Ohio.
