Sarah Delores O'Hair, age 90 passed away on Thursday November 14, 2019 at Atrium Medical Center. Sarah was born November 11, 1929 to her late parents Chester and Myrtie Kincaid.

She is survived by her son Kenneth Forman; sister Mary Belcher; grandchildren Rachel Durrant, Christina Jones, and Sarah Lee; and nine great-grandchildren.

Sarah was preceded in death by her spouse Hobert O'Hair; sisters Juanita Bartlett, Faye Hensley; and brother Doyle Kincaid.

Serving as pallbearers are Kenneth Forman, Shawn Forman, David Durrant, Norman Fleagle, Hae Lee and David Kincaid .

Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home in Middletown. Visitation will be from 10 am until the time of service on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Grace Memorial Gardens.
