William was a jack of all trades and master of none. He was a member of the Eagles.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Lynn, David John and Jeffrey Kyle.
He is survived by one sister, Cheryl Harig (husband, Albert); three brothers, Mark Phillips, Jamie Phillips both of Middletown and Chris (Teri) Phillips of Clarksville Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
