Armando was born in Ozona, Texas on September 3, 1928. He married Rosa Vela on February 26, 1961 and they were married for 53 years. Armando was a beloved father, grandfather, and husband who will always be remembered for his love for his family and his passion for fixing cars, spending time outdoors and meeting new people.
Armando is preceded in death by his father, Romaldo Navarro and his mother, Serah Perez. He is survived by his wife, Rosa, three sons and their families: Armando, Jr. (Brenda), Ernesto (Ludi), and Jaime (Joyce), six grandchildren: Russell Canty, Matthew, Sarah, Amelia, Isabella, Olivia, three great grandchildren, three sisters: Alicia, Viola, and Irma, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary and Vigil will be held at 7:00 pm on Sunday, August 24 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church Chapel, Midland, TX. The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25 at 1:00 pm at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Midland, TX with Father Francis Uche officiating.
