Billy Justin Rowell, 29 of Odessa, Texas passed away on March 26, 2018. He was born on March 24, 1989.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Malia Rowell; children Justin Tyler Rowell, Isabella Grace Rowell; stepchildren, Gunner Moses and Kaylee Moses; parents Terri Anne Tucker of Odessa, Texas and Jason David Harmon of Bee Branch, Arkansas and siblings Heather Marie Hill and Elmer William Hill of Bee Branch.

Billy is preceded in death by grandparents Billy Cox, Carolyn Rowell, and Dale Harmon.

He was loved by many, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

There will be a memorial service will be held in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
