Genevieve (Ginny) Ketter

November 6, 1920 –April 11, 2016

She is predeceased by her husband John R. Ketter on December 25, 1990; brothers, John, Archie, Clarence, Boots, Francis and sisters, Florence and Grace.

She is survived by her children, Bob (YoYo), Jim (Yolanda), Mike, Pat Snyder (Wes), Mary Ketter, and Beth Frederickson (Bill); eleven grandkids, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Ginny arrived in Texas in 1952. She and John purchased Green Acres Miniature Golf Course in 1956. They enjoyed many years at Green Acres and retired in 1984.

Ginny was a lifelong member of Parent Teacher Association and spent several years as a Pink Lady at Midland Memorial Hospital.

She was a parishioner of St. Ann’s Catholic Church and volunteered there often. She played many rounds of bridge and poker with her pals.

We would like to thank the staff at Serenity Living for taking such great care of MeMe. We truly appreciate it.

There will be a Rosary at St. Ann’s Catholic Church on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. A Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 15, 2016 also at St. Ann’s.
