Ida Viola "Vi" Byrom

Vi is preceded in death by both of her parents, and her sons Dewayne Lavon Young and Dennis Dale Byrom, her grandson, Jacob Dean Hamilton and great-granddaughter, April Renee’ Hamilton, and her brother, Tommy Hearn.

She is survived by her daughters, Sue Hamilton and Tressa Kerley, and her grandchildren, John Hamilton and wife, Kerri; Jason Hamilton and wife, Lara; Mike Edwards, and Jodi Hamilton; and great-grandchildren Hailee, Taylor, Cody, Alyssa, Carson, Madison, and Bruce. Other survivors include her brothers, Henry Hearn and wife, Coleen and Charles Hearn, and her sisters, Doris Hadaway and husband, Speedy; and Charleen Haggard.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Danna, Beverly, and Brandon who work with Manor Park.

Family will welcome friends at Ellis Funeral Home from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2012. A funeral service is planned for Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 3:00p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home of Midland.
