Israel was born in Odessa, Texas on June 16, 1997.
Israel is survived by his parents Israel and Evelyn Prieto; brothers Rafael and Cyrus, and sister Maya Prieto; paternal grandparents Juan and Teresa Prieto; and maternal grandparents Trinidad and Eloisa Sauceda as well as many aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, July 22, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, July 23, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 24, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church with Monsignor James Bridges officiating.
