Joe Calvin Mills, age 77, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015.
Joe Mills was born on October 13, 1937 to Mark Henry and Ida Mae Mills. He graduated from A&M in 1962, with a Master’s Degree in Urban and City Planning.
Joe is preceded in death by two sons. He is survived by his wife, Carol Mills; two sons; and five grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Ellis Funeral Home.
