Today is a day I will never forget. One year ago on this day the Lord called you home. I replay everything in my mind over again every day, still trying to accept the fact you are not here with me. My heart aches. Not only were you my mother you were my counselor, my teacher, my nurse, my ear to listen, my shoulder to cry on and my best friend. When the mother, daughter roles were reversed and you needed me, it was a honor to be able to take care of you and be there for you. There are so many memories I will forever cherish. I never dreamed this would be so hard and I would have such a empty feeling, days I go around lost not knowing what to do. I know you are made whole again & I am thankful you are no longer suffering. Please give daddy a hug for me & let him know how much I love him. Thank you mom for everything that you instilled in me. I love you & miss you beyond words.

Mom, my first Christmas without you is here. I did not realize it was going to be this hard. This was your favorite time of the year and oh how I wish I could drive you around again for hours looking at Christmas lights. I did put your Christmas Tree up in your room, when I walk down the hall to your room I stop and I can see you sitting there watching the lights or hear you on the phone telling your sister in law how pretty it is and how much you loved it. With Thanksgiving coming to a end, there has not been one moment that I have not thought about you. Fixing your favorite plate of food and desserts for  you,drinking coffee,watching movies, & laughing at all the silly times & crying when we needed to. I will be putting your Christmas tree up in your room in a couple days. I love you & miss you dearly.Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Mother, I still can not except the fact that you are not here. I go in your room daily and just stand there like I am waiting for you to walk in. I had no idea it would be this hard to let you go. I miss you so very much. I Love You!!!!

Well mom, your birthday will be here Saturday and although I am saddened that I cant spend it with you and take you to Olive Garden to eat, I know you will be celebrating your best birthday ever. Mom, Mothers Day is a couple of days away and the first one without you here. Although it is very hard for me to get through each day, this Mothers Day I will be remembering my life I had with you. Through out all the different phases of life, the ups and downs, the growing up, your were always there for me. You taught me so much and I always admired you.
