GILMORE, Lolly Alter, 64, of Midlothian, died March 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Gilmore; and her mother, Anneliese Alter. Survivors include daughter, Michele Gilmore; daughter, Jennifer Puccinelli and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Kaylie and Kyle Puccinelli and Katie and Maggie Gilmore; siblings, Jimmy Alter, Lizabeth Alter, Alan Alter, Samuel Alter and Kristine Franchok; father-in-law, Thomas Gilmore; and her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends who loved faithfully throughout the years. Lolly was a 14 year survivor of a lung transplant, and she faced intense challenges with more fortitude and grace than many people will ever display in their lifetime.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road.
