Conrad Alan Painter

He was preceded in death by daughter, Stacey Leigh Painter, mother, Evelyn Louise Painter, father, Donald Lee Painter, sister, Donna Corallino, and brother-in-law, David Beals. He is survived by wife, Cindy Painter, son, Gregory Painter, daughter Stephanie Thomas, granddaughter, Stacey Keel, sisters Alicia Dean and Terry Beals, mother-in-law, Marjorie Crowder. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and brother in-laws, as well as his best friend Mark Beck.

Buck was born in S.C. and grew up all over the country, moving around based on where his father - who was in the Marine corps - was stationed. He eventually settled down in Chesterfield VA. He met his wife and started a family, where they enjoyed 39 years of marriage together. Buck also worked for Walmart the last 15 years where he met some wonderful people. Buck was an avid sports fan, supporting his beloved Redskins every Sunday. He also loved spending time with his family and being at the beach.

The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 pm on August 17th at Woody’s Huguenot Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society.

The family would like to thank VCI for the wonderful care they gave him, as well as all the love and support from family and friends.
