Frances L. Phillips born 09/08/1913 in West Charleston Vermont went to be with the Lord on her 103rd birthday. Daughter of Effie Badger Lyon and Eugene Lyon. Married to Alonzo Phillips ( deceased) She lived in Newport, VT and Wilmington DE before residing in Chesterfield, Va. She retired from JC Penney Company in 1978.
Survivors include her daughter Susan P Taylor, grand children Wendy Taylor, Doug Taylor and wife Connie, great grandchildren Douglas W. Taylor and Shelby L Taylor and several nieces and a nephew. The funeral service are private.
