Harold Alexander Irving

Harold is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Martha G. Irving. He is survived by his son, Christopher L. Irving and wife Betty Marie Irving, grandson, Riley Irving and wife Lisa Irving and granddaughter, Danielle Irving. There are two great-grandchildren, Paige Irving and Cole Irving. Harold is also survived by his brother, David Irving, and his sister, Geraldine Umphlet. Harold’s greatest joy was his family.

In 1941, Harold joined Bon Air United Methodist Church where he remained an active member until recent years. He served in the VA Air National Guard, 1948-1952. Harold was a printer by trade. He retired from the printing department at Philip Morris Corp. in 1990.

There will be a memorial service held on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Woody Funeral Home, Huguenot Chapel, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, VA. The family will greet friends following the service. Interment will be private.
