Herman M. Parr passed away on August t 9 2012 he is survive by Pauline Parr. A son Memphis Parr and granddaughter Tina R Cunningham. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Woody funeral home Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, August 27, in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
