Homer Michael Marshall, departed this life July 31, 2014. Predeceased by his father, Homer Wilson Marshall, he is survived and will be remembered by his mother, Dixie Marshall; his sisters, Donna, Nancy, Patty, Charlotte and Marcia; his brothers, Ronnie, Gary and Randy; sisters-in-law, Leisa and Pat; brothers-in-law, Jim, Mike Sr., Jack, Boyd, John and Ken; nieces, Jennifer, Christy, Tammy, Stacy, Amy and Lisa; nephews, Tony, Richard, J.T., Zeke, Wayne, Mike Jr., Tim, Buddy and Johnny; and the small army of all their spouses and children. Michael had a caring heart and loved music. He graduated with honors from John Marshall High School in 1976 and was a proud member of the school choir. Michael's family enjoyed Sunday gatherings at home. He also loved cooking, playing cards and never missed his favorite TV shows. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday August 10, at Cambridge Baptist Church, 12025 Gayton Road.
