He is survived by his daughter, Sharon L. Willard; sons, Ralph L. Hoskins, Jr., Daniel W. Willard and David J. Willard; two sisters, Shirley Wheeler and Patsy Fariss; one brother, Johnny Willard; three grandchildren, Courtney Dean and her husband Bradley, Stephen Nuckles and Phillip Willard and his wife, Eszter; and two great-grandchildren, Katelynn Dean and Troy Dean.
A service will be held at 2pm on Monday, June 27 at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 5555 Langston Boulevard, Dublin, VA, 24084.
