RAMSEY, Lizzie Bell Royster, born in Vance Co., N.C. on June 21, 1922, to Thomas and Sally Brown, died February 11, 2014 at Chippenham Medical Center. Survivors include two daughters, Frances Yancey of Westfield, N.J. and Jean Pernell of Richmond, Va.; one sister, June Stewart of Mays Landing, N.J.; eight grandchildren, Duane Yancey of Wendell, N.C., Donna Yancey of Westfield, N.J., Darryl Pernell, Michael Pernell, Gregory Pernell, Jeffrey Pernell and Jennifer Walker, all of Richmond, and David Pernell of Plainfield, N.J; 15 great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren; and other extended family members.
