Mary truly enjoyed the beauty of this world. Her love for flowers and gardening earned her many blue ribbons in her garden club. She was well known for her art, and it graces the homes of many who crossed her path in life. She found the ultimate beauty in the simplicity of nature. Mary's eagerness to share with others was undeniable. She taught us how to be gracious and forgiving. As her daughter-in-law put it, "She taught me so much that I could never repay her. She encouraged my love of cooking and gardening. She also believed while it is important to work hard, it's equally important to slow down and enjoy life and those around you." Her love for family was boundless. Forever missed she will be.
A private family service will be held to honor Mary's life.
