Norma was preceded in death by her father, Norman Edwards of Carthage, Miss. Survivors include her husband, Robert Dietrich of Chesterfield, Va., her mother, Gladys Scott of Abbeville, La., daughter, Michelle Borkett, sons, Tony Doggett and Chris Phillips; brother, Tim Edwards of Ahoskie, N.C., and sister, Shannon Fredrick of Juka Miss. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A small family memorial will be held at a later date.
