Mr. Joyner was a great man and colleague.  It is because of his support that I've been blessed to have the job of my dreams these past 30 years, a job that is everything I ever wanted to be. He gave me guidance at every turn. I am eternally grateful to such a dedicated and understanding mentor. He was a man of honor and integrity.  And he will be missed by all that were fortunate enough to know him.
