He is survived by his wife, Charlotte, of 61 years; son in law Rick Olzer; grandchildren Alexis Gunter (Joshua), Kaila Manuel (Andre), and Reed Olzer (Jessica); great grandchildren Cheyanne, Laiylah, Berkley, Alaina, Jonah and Gracie; and other family members Dickie Miller (Anna), Buddy Miller (Barbara), Janet Scott Vincent (Lindsey), Ed Tucker (Ute), and Bobby Tucker (Nancy); along with many other family and friends that he loved.
Wayne loved camping with friends and family. He also loved fishing on his "Blue Bird" boat and hunting with friends.
A graveside service will take place on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 2 pm at Westhampton Memorial & Cremation Park, 10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238.
