TAYLOR, William Brown "Bill," 56, of Midlothian, passed away February 17, 2011. A native of Fredericksburg, Va., Bill was a 1976 graduate of Randolph-Macon College and a longtime employee of Dominion Power. He was the son of the late Clarence and Mildred Taylor. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Amanda S. Taylor; two daughters, Jane Anne Taylor O'Dell and her husband, Keith, and Sarah Layton Taylor. Bill will also be deeply missed and remembered always by many close family and friends whose lives he touched.
A celebration of Bill's life will be held Sunday, February 20, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at Salisbury Presbyterian Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a memorial fund established through The Community Foundation. Memorial gifts should be made to the William B. Taylor Memorial Fund, P.O.
