Cid was born in São Paulo, Brazil to Salvador and Anna Soriano Sanfelippo. He immigrated to the United States in the 1960’s to pursue his music career and ended up in Salt Lake City where he married Linda Louise Hardman in 1966.
He was a talented musician and performer. He worked many odd jobs over the years, most recently at Harmons and Cracker Barrel before retiring in 2020.
He is proceeded in death by his wife, son Chris and daughter Lori. He is survived by his daughter Jamie (Dave) Mansfield.
Cid will be interred at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in Millcreek. There will be no services. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
