Geraldine Shepherd Hendriksen

Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away July 15, 2015, in Tooele, Utah. Jerrie was born May 25, 1931, in Boise, Idaho, to Lyman Lockwood Shepherd and Geneve Hardy Shepherd. On August 2, 1950, she married the love of her life and eternal companion, Joseph Anthon Hendriksen in the Logan Temple.

Jerrie is survived by her husband and best friend of almost 65 years, Joe; children; Douglas A. (Janet) Hendriksen, Dennis L. (Marilyn) Hendriksen, Jolene (Ronald) Jenkins, Gordon (Jamie) Hendriksen, Patricia (Mike) Speranza, Joe (Tracy) Hendriksen, Geneve (Doug) Beckstead, 22 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, sister, Linda (Rupert) White and brother, Steven L. (Wilma) Shepherd. Preceded in death by her parents and 3 grandchildren, Colin, Ryan and Jennifer Beckstead.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday July 21, 2015, at the Winder 2nd Ward Chapel, 1361 East 4000 South in Salt Lake. Friends and family may call Monday evening, July 20, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive and Tuesday at the church from 10:45-11:45 A.M.
