Jade Amaya Welch

Our beautiful baby girl, Jade Amaya Welch, was born on Monday July 2nd, 2018. She passed away Sunday night after her battle with premature birth. She was surrounded by her loved ones. Jade decided to join us four months early and blessed us with the opportunity to get to know her for six days. She was definitely a fighter. The time we had with her was too short but we will always cherish the memories that we have of her. She will be sorely missed and never forgotten. We love her dearly. Jade is survived by her parents Amber and Greg Welch, older sister Gabby, and many other loving relatives. Thank you so much for all of your positive thoughts and prayers throughout all of this. We greatly appreciate them all. We would also like to thank ALL of the staff members at the University of Utah who got the opportunity to take care of our sweet angel.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 14th, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Wasatch Lawn Memorial 3401 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. Graveside services to follow at 3:00 pm. Afterwards there will be a luncheon held at Pattie and Bob Dawson's house located at 3406 S. Paige Circle, Salt Lake City, Utah.
