Boyd said a few weeks ago, I have lived a good life, I am ready to go on.Born on September 5, 1926 to Mary Naomi Maxwell and David Leo Thomas. Adopted by Jane Baty Yates and Joseph James Roberts. Veteran of US Navy. Husband to Janice Krantz. Retired from USPS. BHS and Utes Fan. Loved to golf, travel and help others. Father of Kimberlee (Doug) Young & Cindy (Dean). Grandfather of Chad (Jacee) & Chandler Joseph Young. Great Grandfather of Holland, Eliza, Nelson, Madeline, & Quentin Young. Brother to Ken (Carmen) & Danny (Geniel) Thomas. Graveside service will be Thursday, January 21 at 1:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn in Resthaven, Salt lake City. Last visit with Boyd will be 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. that morning at 496 E. 550 S. Bountiful, Utah.
