We knew you were a master of life before you earned your degree. Too long to list, your friends and passions were eclectic and numerous. They ranged from beer to Buddhism, coffee to clouds, mountains to mycology, rocks to rattlesnakes. Yoga, travel, couch-surfing, rock climbing and moving heavy rocks for Mom are all executed with a Buddha-like calm. Your generosity extended to strangers and friends alike and the difference blurred quickly. How can you meet new people and be so generous, kind and interested in them? How are you able to follow your passion and still have so much left for every facet of your life? Even when you were wrestled into blister filled chores, we can never remember hearing you say a bitter word about anything or anyone. Now that you are dead we understand how truly rare you are. You were taken for granted and without you we are all lost. Beloved son and brother, your parents and we three siblings miss you dearly. We will always be a family of six.
The memorial will be held at First Unitarian Church, 569 South 1300 East on Saturday the 20th of November at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Himalayan Cataract Project in name of Kyle (http://www.cureblindness.org/)
Arrangements under the direction of Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, Salt Lake City, UT.
