Leone Burton

1927 ~ 2018

Our beloved Aunt Leone passed away June 30, 2018, just 2 weeks shy or her 91st birthday. Leone was born July 15, 1927 in Salt Lake City, UT, to Harvey Leon Burton and Evelyn Taylor Burton.

Aunt Leone found joy in her family, friends, traveling, and handiwork and was a great sports fan, especially of the Jazz and U of U teams. Leone kept track of all her nieces and nephews birthdays and made sure each received a card on their special day.

She was preceded in death by both her parents and her brother, John. She is survived by her nieces: Janice, Judy and JoLynn, 15 grand-nieces and nephews and 23 great-grand nieces and nephews. We love you Aunt Leone and will miss you.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S Highland Dr., SLC, UT 84106
