Sorry to hear of the loss of Aunt Lois. She is often in my thoughts, every time I have a cherry tart.

Aunt Lois was AWESOME!  Truly the quintessential member of the "Greatest" Generation!  She laughed easily, smiled always, and loved generously!

What a beautiful woman with such a great spirit.  My prayers go out to Karen and her family.  I was able to work with her for a short time at Memorial Clinic, what an inspiration.  All my love Mike Lorange

We are sorry to hear of your mother's passing, but are glad to have known your mom. She was really spunky, sweet and full of life. Karen, you have always inspired me at the way you have taken care of her, as well as lovingly holding her arm while she walked. I'm sure it wasn't always easy, but your example of love and kindness to her sure has made an impression on Paul and I. We hope you will feel comforted at this time and will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Ray and Karen,   Your mom was a wonderful next-door neighbor to my mom and dad.  My dad relied on her friendship when they were both alone.  It was always comforting to know that they could depend on one another.  

I remember your mom from my earliest recollections as always being a very busy woman.  She was the best housekeeper, a good wife to your dad and a great mother to you both.  Such good memories!  What a wonderful example she set for all of us.  May God bless and comfort you and your families during this difficult time. Elaine Newell Jones

What a privilege it was to have Lois in the ward family for a little while. She set the example for all of us to remain positive and happy clear to the end of her mortal life.  Karen, you have been a saint of a daughter to her and you and Richard did such a great job of loving, and caring for her and including her in your lives.
