Rob and Samantha,  There are prayers and lots of love sent your way by many many people whom you've never met, and I am one of them.  What value there is in that! Margeo and I met at Goleta Valley Junior High and a special friendship began.  I am so sorry for your loss, my heart aches, you see I lost my mom when I was in High School, and it relieved so much of my pain just knowing so many friends cared.  May God's Blessings blanket you with His warmth as you pass through this difficult time.

I'm so very sorry for your loss! I was  saddened and shocked by the news of Margeo's passing.  We were roommates at the KD House at USU. After finishing school we lived with my Family in Salt Lake. We later got our first apartment together where we lived for several years.  I have so many wonderful memories that I will Cherish always. Sam, You came to my home for brunch when you were about One.  She was so tickled and proud to be a mommy. She's always been so beautiful inside and out. I Loved Her. My prayers are with you.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I met Margeo on the first day of school in 1961, we were in first grade, attending Farirview Elementary in Goleta.  She was beautiful and had a carefree spirit, she complemented my shy personality, she made me feel special...we spent many days after school playing at her ranch, riding horses bareback (I would hang on to her for dear life, one time slipping off the backside of her horse...we laughed for hours). In high school, she was poised and very mature for her age... always a classy girl.  We went our separate ways, but I never forgot her, she gave me wonderful memories that I will always cherish.

I haven't seen Margeo since graduation day, but everytime I smell Estee Lauder perfume, I think of Margeo. You always new when she was close by in the halls! She was a beautiful girl, and it sounds like she grew into a more beautiful woman. I'm sorry that we won't see her at our 40th class reunion next year, but we will surely take a moment to reflect on her memory. I send my deepest sympathy to your family, Margeo.

My heart is grieving for both of you. Margeo is a true angel and besides being a great wife and mom to you, she was a wonderful neighbor. Sam, your Mom would walk across the street with you in her arms and was so happy you were her daughter. Your mom always lit up when we visited and you were with her and bragged about you when you were not. What a lovely woman your mother is and she has so many talents that will be sorely missed by all.
One special moment I will never forget is when I had just returned from my medical oncologist in Las Vegas and he told me to immediately return to SLC and visit with Dr. Lee and start radiation and androgen therapy. When I was sitting in the waiting room, very anxious and apprehensive, Rob you and your beautiful bride (and Samantha your beautiful Mom) came right over and gave me a big hug and said it was going to be all right.  What a calming influence you both were to me in my life that day. I will never forget it and express my love to you for your friendship, compassion and concern. 
Samantha, you are as beautiful as your Mother and I am so sorry for this devastating loss so early in your life. While your Mom may not be here in person, I know she will be close by you the rest of your entire life because she loves you so very much. You both are in my prayers that Heavenly Father will comfort you as you mourn. 
Cancer is no discriminator and is so wicked and cruel and I am so sorry that you all had to experience the devastation that it causes.
Realize, you are both surrounded by neighbors that love you and will do anything we can to help you. Please, let us help in anyway that we can. Best wishes on Wednesday and for all the days that will come without your beautiful wife and mother and the void in the universe that exists without her. May God bless you as only as he can.
