Matthew is survived by his loving parents Dustin and Elizabeth. He also is leaves behind 4 adoring older brothers.
A viewing will be held at the Chapel Valley Second Ward LDS church located at 465 West 700 South Lehi, Utah 84043 on December 16, 2017, from 9:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m. followed by a funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. at the same location.
Interment will be directly after the funeral service at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 S State St, Provo, UT 84606-5009.
