Richard Michael Dicks

Mike, 73, passed away, on Christmas Eve, after a long illness. He was born in Annapolis, Maryland, October 11, 1948 to James Harold Dicks and Anne Therese Kemmerer.

He graduated from Judge Memorial High School in 1967 and attended the University of Utah. He worked for Dematic (Eaton-Kenway, HK Systems) for 40 years. He retired in March 2019.

He married Bonnie Barker in Skaggs Memorial Chapel on December 27, 1980. They enjoyed many experiences and travels over their 41 years together.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, his stepmother, Geraldine Dicks and two sisters, Marianne and Patricia Jean (PJ). He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Dicks, his sisters, Therese Payne (Bob), and Kathleen McClave (Norman), his brothers Patrick Dicks (Susie), Paul Dicks (Markie) and James Dicks (Madge).

There will be a Graveside Service, December 31, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn, 3401 South Highland Drive. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
