I enjoyed knowing Rourke as a neighbor and a friend.  He always was a jokester and knew how to make people laugh.  I haven't seen him since my college days but my cousin and I have laughed ever since when she saw Rourke on his motorcycle and she was driving her car.  As she called out and asked if he was my friend she rear-ended the car in front of her.  Rourke came back around the corner and told her he was my friend.  I hope he had a great life.  I'm sorry I couldn't be to his service for I was quite ill.  My regards to his family at this time.  Deanna Johnson Nielsen

Memories of Rourke go back to my childhood.  He was my older cousin and when the families would get together for Thanksgiving or Grandpa Harris birthday I would see him.  He always was smiling and made me feel comfortable around so many relatives.

I have many fond memories of Rourke when we were younger. I remember lots of good times up at Grandma and Grandpa Harris'. I remember one year Uncle Reed hired Rourke to clean out the horse manure out of the barn. We went up to play with Rourke but before we could we had to help him and Grandma Harris clean out the barn. Those were fun times. He will be missed. Our sympathy and blessings to all of you.

Always a smile on his face and that twinkle in his eye he would joke with you or lead you into some banter. Rourke was one of a kind and will be missed. My condolences go out to all Rourkes brother's and sister's. But a special message of love and my sympathies go out to Ma and Pa. Kimmie I know that this has a very difficult time for you and her kids, Kawlin and Shilo. I love you dear friend.

Will always remember Rourke, his 'hippie bus' and listening to "Aqualung" and laughing on top of the highest street about the Capitol.  I will miss you. Prayers to his family.

Today is Rourke's birthday.  I contacted him every year for his birthday but can't this year.  I'm sad at his passing. He was quite a character.  Hope to see you all at the services.

Although I hadn't seen Rourke for several years, he always hold a special place in my heart. Always quick to cheer someone up, that was Rourke. I've missed my friend over these last years & will remember him with a smile. God bless you Rourke I love you.
