Theodore Matthew Alberico

Ted Alberico, born Theodore Matthew Alberico on February 13, 1942 to parents Del and Eva Alberico, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Ted was raised in Murray, Utah on his parents' farm with his sisters, Maria and Colleen and brother Del. Ted graduated from Granite High in 1960 where he was student body vice-president. He married Carroll Barney on September 14, 1963 in Murray, Utah and they had three children: Matt, Garrett and Jennifer. In 1968, Ted opened a successful swimming-pool supply company; Pool 'N Patio Supply in Salt Lake which he owned and managed for nearly 40 years until selling the business in 2005. A funeral Mass will be held Monday, October 26, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent's de Paul Catholic Church (1385 Spring Lane in Holladay, UT) and a graveside service will follow at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S. Highland Drive). Ted's living family; children Garrett and Jennifer (with husband Michael Schmitz and daughter Lea) and Ted's siblings; sisters Maria (with husband Richard Morgan), Colleen (with husband John Burgeson) and brother Del, welcome all Ted's family, friends and colleagues to join them for the funeral services.
