Beyer, Anthony K. on August 17, 2012 of Miller Place, N.Y. Beloved husband of Catherine. Loving father of Bruce, Karen, Paul and Thomas. Cherished grandfather of Kristin, Allison,Cassandra and Avalon. Mr. Beyer was a recipient of the purple heart (Oak leaf cluster) and the bronze star during WWII. Reposing at the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Rt. 25A, Miller Place, NY Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Service 10 am. Monday. Interment with honors to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
