Dan met his wife, whom he loved immensely, and from that moment on they shared a deep and loving bond, building a beautiful life and family together. He proudly served as a correctional officer with the Suffolk County Jail, a career he truly loved. Dan took great pride in his work, and his dedication, strong work ethic, and loyalty earned him the deep respect and admiration of his coworkers.
Outside of work, Dan was an avid race car driver who thrived on the thrill of a good race. He also loved cruising and traveling the world with his beloved wife. Together, they created countless beautiful memories and cherished every moment spent side by side.
Above all else, Dan was devoted to his family. He was not only a great man, but an exceptional husband, father, and grandfather. His love, strength, and presence were the foundation of his family, and he will be remembered for the care and devotion he showed to those he loved. His friends will miss him deeply and will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
Dan is survived by his beloved wife; his three daughters; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation services will be Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM with prayer service at 7 PM officiated by Deacon James Murano.
