John, One year gone by and never a day goes by without you in memory. Thanks for all our younger years being my protector. Much regret of not being close in your last years. But, yet you still called "concerned " when Carolina Forest was burning. You will always be missed and never ever forgotten.

Erin, I can only imagine how shocked you & your family must be.  I didn't know your dad that well, but I remember him treating us to dinner at Olive Garden in Salisbury, & being a wonderful host & tour guide when I visited.  I could tell he was an awesome dad!  God Bless.

John, you will be missed!  If Big Blue needed another fan upstairs to get them another Super Bowl win, then they got what they wished for!  To Christine, rin, Meghan and John, words will not decrease your sense of loss, but knowing what a fine man your husband and father was can help to ease the pain somewhat. We will always remember when we went to NYC and saw the Puppetry of the P....  One of the performers sat on John's lap!  He was such a gentleman and didn't loose his cool.  The entire audience laughed.  We will always cherish the good times with such a loveable, sweet guy.  We love you Christine....our prayers are with you and your family.

I was extremely saddened to learn of the passing of John Baldwin. I can still hear his familiar voice on the radio, 505 headquarters... I had the pleasure of working around John and he wasa great guy, one of the nicest I know. He cared so much for his family, that we know. To the Baldwin Family......my deepest sympathy to all of you at this most difficult time, I was devastated to hear today of the passing of our "Johnny B." I am glad that I had the opportuity to know him and consider him a friend, I will always feel fortunate to have crossed his path in life, and will keep memories of him alive for the rest of my life, I knew him from his performance as a P.O. I seen him in action on the street, he was always one of the go to guys, getting the job done and I got to know him personally as well, and I also had the opportunity to work with him, me being up at HQ in communications and he taking care of business out on the street.  It was a great privelege to call him a friend......I sincerley hope that you will find comfort in knowing how much your husband/dad influenced and touched people's hearts along his journey.....
