of Ham Lake born on 9/6/1946 and passed away unexpectedly on 6/7/2014.
He was preceded in death by his father, Russell; and sister, Linda Ward.
Survived by his loving mother, Florence; loving wife, Debra Lee; daughters, Marnie O'Brien, Gigi, and Michelle; son, Guy (Casey); Deb's children, Steven (Andrea) Lee, and Lisa (Bill) Bilben; sister, Peg (Bill) Onsrud; brothers, Ken (Pat), and Brian (Sue); grandchildren, Cameron, Desherra, Alicia, Austin, Lindsay, Jacob, Madolyn, Aleena, Mason, Haylee, Bella, and Billy; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bruce served in the USAF and worked 29+ years with the Minneapolis PD. Bruce was much loved, and will be dearly missed. Bud was a jeans and t-shirt kind of guy; please feel free to dress casually.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, 6/11, 4PM-7PM, at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd, Minneapolis. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, 6/12, at 11AM, at Sunset Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment at Sunset Cemetery.
