Charles J. Welsh of St. Paul, Big Marine Lake, and Pine City MN, passed away peacefully at Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul, MN. He was born on October 27, 1957.
Charles has left behind two sisters, Carol Deshler and Karen Zismer. Also, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will be greatly missed and loved always!
Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Peace Hospice, St. Paul. They took great care of Charlie in his last week.
