He was preceded in death by wife, BertAnn “Snooky” (Klinefelter) Payne, parents Roy & Mary (Fee) Payne, brothers Ernie, Steve, Gary & in-laws.
Fred is survived by sons Brian (Peggy) Payne, Brent (Tara) Payne, Scott Payne, grandchildren Kyle (Connor), Danielle (Payden) LeBoeuf, Tanner (Gabby), great grandchildren Eli, Maverick, siblings Bonnie, Karen, Dixie, Raymond, many nieces, nephews, family & friends.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM, visitation 9-11:00 AM both at Sunset Kapala Glodek Funeral Home Chapel, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
Reception at TST Ideal Hall 1494 Dale St. N, St. Paul MN 55117.
