age 93, passed away on June 14, 2016 at Afton Care Center.
Preceded in death by her husband; two sisters; one brother; granddaughter, Jennifer; nieces and nephew.
Survived by son, Gary (Pamela); grandsons, Eric (Lori), Jay and many special friends.
Janet decided at age 13 that she would eventually work for the railroad, which she did for many years before retiring. Janet enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, photography and crafts. She really enjoyed life.
Celebration of Life 11:00 AM Monday, June 20th 2016, Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Boulevard Northeast, Minneapolis with visitation one hour prior.
Interment Sunset Cemetery.
