He is survived by his Mother Adelaide M. Cihak; sister Kathleen J. Austin (Glenn); brother Michael J. Roscoe (Teresa); nieces Danielle Scott (Adam); Jacqueline Roscoe; and Jessica Roscoe.
Jeff gave everyone his talents selflessly.
Services are scheduled for Monday June 22 at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE Minneapolis, MN 55418.
Interment will follow the Service at Sunset Cemetery.
