She is now a free bird without pain.
Preceded in death by parents, John and Jean Carol Muncy Irmen and stepmother, Marsha.
She is survived by her partner of 29 years, Joel Balfany; their dogs, Beaner and Sammy; sister, Jackie and family.
She cherished summers and the beach at her camper with many friends in the Carefree Acres Campground. Judy was big-hearted and an avid gift-giver and loved dogs, gardening, unicorns, and rock and roll. She will always be remembered for her smiling spirit, sense of humor, and sprinkle-covered desserts. Peace out Judy!
