Louis will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 59 years, Joyce; daughters, Susan Baum and Nancy (Don) Kern; sister, Gina Zylla; grandson, Zachary (Amber) Baum; granddaughter, Makenna Schank; great-grandson, Harvey Michael Baum; many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Jens and Helen Hansen.
Louis was a veteran of U.S. Navy, serving from 1959 to 1963. He retired from McGough Construction, Inc. of Roseville, MN in 2001.
Visitation will begin at 10am until time of service at 11am on Wednesday, April 6 at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis. Burial at Sunset Cemetery.
Memorials preferred.
