Marlene W. Ballanger

Preceded in death by husband, Rick and son, Richie.

She will be deeply missed by her loving children, Greg (Paula) Ballanger, Lynn (Steve) Kraatz and Paul (Deni Jo) Ballanger; grandchildren, Stephanie (Eric) Citrowske, Rachel (Paul) Koep, Shawn, Brian (Annie) Kraatz, Ashley and Jenna; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Tyler, Roxie, Peyton and Harper.

Marlene loved time spent with family, casino trips and playing cards. She worked with her daughter at Lynn's Cake and Candy for 30 years, then retiring at the young age of 80. Marlene loved a little bling. She loved jewelry, nail polish, fancy watches and pins. Some sparkle, not too much, not too little. Those joining us are invited to wear a little bling.

Mass of Resurrection celebrated at St. Hedwig Catholic Church, 129 29th Avenue Northeast, Minneapolis with visitation one hour prior. Private interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
