Age 94 of Columbia Heights.
As a 3 time cancer survivor, Mitzy went to be with her Lord after her 4th battle with cancer on 5/13/14. She was raised in Eagle Lake Township, near Battle Lake, MN.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Stan; daughter, Linda (Dan) Farnham; grandchildren, Eric, Shauna, Brianna, Brandon (Codi), Brittany, Brian; sister, Lolly Kleven; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Dorothy Mayer.
She was preceded in death by children, Jerry, David, Lanie; sister, Mim Sundean.
Funeral service 11AM Friday 5/16/14 at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis. Visitation Thurs. 4-7pm and 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Sunset Memorial Park.
Some of Mitzy's hobbies over the years included gardening, cake decorating, decoupage, canning, bird watching, and especially spending time with her family.
