Preceded in death by his parents and 5 siblings.
4 year Veteran Petty Officer 1st class Boatswain Mate of the USN.
Worked 25 years as a grocery retail manager and eventually found his niche in hardware.
Loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Family was always important to him. He will be missed by many for his gentle soul, his good listening abilities and his great sense of humor.
Survived by life time friend Nan; 2 daughters, Dana and Darcy; son, John; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral service for Stanley will be held at 11AM, Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Chapel (2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis, MN) with a visitation one-hour prior. Interment to follow.
